REGULATION
VITIGNOITALIA Exhibitor Regulations
The allocation of stands is decided exclusively by Hamlet srl, taking into account the technical layout requirements, the registration date, and the preferences expressed by the Exhibitor, which in any case are intended as indicative. For technical reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to change the location and dimensions of the stand, without the Exhibitor’s right to compensation or compensation.
● SAFETY
Exhibitors are required to comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions regarding safety within their locations. For organizational needs of a technical/administrative nature, the Exhibitor must appoint a stand technical manager for the entire duration of the Show, including the set-up and clearing phases of the stands.
● ADVERTISING – SOUND/LIGHT BROADCASTS OFFICIAL PUBLICATIONS
The Exhibitor will be able to carry out its promotional action only within its own workstation, therefore leafleting and promotion in common areas is prohibited. The reproduction of sound and light broadcasts is prohibited. It is possible to make audiovisual reproductions, limited to your workstation. Such reproductions are subject to the payment of SIAE rights. The Organizer may use the loudspeakers installed in the exhibition center for official communications or in the event of an emergency. Hamlet srl will provide for the creation and distribution of the Official Catalog of the Show. The names of all exhibitors regularly registered at the Show will be included in the catalogue, in alphabetical order, according to company name. The data will be communicated by exhibitors by completing a form. A space of 4 lines will be reserved for each Exhibitor for the part relating to identification data and a space of 4 lines for the product part. The closing deadline for the catalog is set for 6 May 2024. The related costs and membership procedures can be found on the official website www.vitignoitalia.it or at the organizational secretariat in Vico Vetriera 12, 80132 Naples.
● SECURITY SURVEILLANCE
The internal surveillance service is guaranteed by competent staff. The organizer integrates the internal surveillance system with specific security measures both day and night, without any responsibility for theft or damage to goods and materials present in the stations and inside the Maritime Station. The Exhibitors held Hamlet srl for the entire duration of the Show including the days of set-up and dismantling for any theft or damage suffered. Alternatively, the Exhibitor will have to take out a specific insurance policy relating to the materials, goods, equipment and materials of their property present within the Maritime Station, during the period of the Show. All the aforementioned policies or releases must follow the schemes approved by Hamlet srl.
● INSURANCE
Hamlet srl ensures that the Exhibitor is in compliance with the Application for Admission and with the payments due to the organizer, through a specific RCT policy, with coverage from the beginning of the set-up phase until the end of the dismantling phase. The Exhibitor is in any case civilly and criminally liable for all damage to people and things caused by the equipment, structures or anything else present in the area made available, as well as by his own actions or by his collaborators and/or agents.
● WAIVER
In case of withdrawal by the Exhibitor, the same must give written notice to the organizer by registered mail with return receipt, to be sent to the registered office, by 1 April 2024, indicating and documenting the reasons. In this case, 50% of the fee will be retained by Hamlet srl as a deposit as compensation. For cancellations received after this date, the Exhibitor is required to pay the entire amount of the fee.
● POSTPONEMENT, REDUCTION, CANCELLATION OF THE SHOW
Hamlet srl has the discretionary and unquestionable right to make changes to the dates of the Show without the Exhibitor being able to withdraw or otherwise dissolve the contract and free himself from the commitments undertaken. The organizer may shorten the Show without being required to pay compensation, penalties or damages of any kind. If due to force majeure, or in any case for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the Show cannot be held, the commitments undertaken towards third parties and the organization costs will be divided among the registered exhibitors, within the limits of the advance payments and additional sums. to be paid. Any remaining sums will instead be returned to exhibitors in proportion to the advances paid.
● PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO REPRODUCTIONS
Photography is absolutely prohibited
● PROHIBITIONS
It is absolutely forbidden to give away the products displayed either free of charge or for a fee. Allow products and materials to leave the premises during the regular running of the Show. Promote products not pertaining to the Exhibitor; the display of products not attributable to the product category or for which they were admitted; advertising material (flyers, brochures, brochures, etc.) in the premises and in the immediate vicinity of the entrances and ticket offices; the permanence, including of its employees and collaborators, in the premises during the closing time provided for by the General Regulations. Carry out advertising on behalf of third parties, dismantle your stands and remove the goods on display before the day and time established by the Organizer for the dismantling; the use of structures (load-bearing or otherwise) of the Rooms, to support tables, displays, etc.
● COMPETENT COURT
For any dispute the Court of Naples will have exclusive jurisdiction.
● INFORMATION AND CONSENT PURSUANT TO LAW 675/96
Pursuant to law 675/96, on the “protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data”, Hamlet srl, as “owner” of the processing, is required to provide some information regarding the use of personal data .
● PURPOSE OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed as part of the normal institutional activity of Hamlet srl according to the following methods:
a) Purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relationships with customers and suppliers (e.g. acquisition of data preliminary to the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations and provision of services on the basis of the obligations deriving from the concluded contract), and credit protection (assignments to debt collection companies, factoring companies and/or credit institutions).
b) Purposes functional to the development of the activity of Hamlet srl for which the interested party has the right to express his or her consent or not. The following activities fall into this category:
• Send information or advertising material to customers;
• Verify the level of customer satisfaction also through market research companies;
c) Purposes connected to the obligations established by laws, regulations, community regulations, as well as provisions issued by authorities so legitimized (e.g. tax regulations, statistics, etc.)
● TREATMENT METHODS
The processing of personal data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security of the data themselves.
● RIGHTS PROVIDED BY ART. 13 OF LAW 675/96
Finally, we inform you that the art. 13 of the law in question allows the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the interested party can obtain from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his/her personal data and that the data are also made available to him/her in an intelligible form. The interested party may also request to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; to obtain cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking on which the processing is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of the data, to oppose the processing itself for legitimate reasons.
